he studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the Pignocco Country House, an ancient 18th-century farmhouse that has been finely restored and converted into non-hotel accommodation.

Situated in the hills, just 5 km from the historic centre of Pesaro and the sea, it is the ideal choice for those wishing to spend a holiday between the countryside and the beach, with the possibility of visiting the main historical and cultural locations in the Marche region. Outdoor spaces and comfort: Independent entrance with private table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. Large garden with grove of pines, cypresses, laurels and wild vegetation. Swimming pool reserved for guests of the farmhouse, set in a centuries-old olive grove, with deckchairs and sunbeds. Barbecue, garden tables and chairs available. The one-room apartment: Designed for two people, it is furnished with care and details of character.

A milk-white chandelier, salvaged from an antique market, illuminates the room. Wooden dining table in front of a new country-style kitchen. Relaxation area with two armchairs and dark red velvet poufs, in harmony with the terracotta floor and rectangular carpet. Independent air conditioning and heating. Free Wi-Fi. An authentic stay: The farmhouse, bought by our grandfather in 1952, was the family's country house for years.

Today, thanks to the restoration work carried out by our father, it houses holiday flats with furniture restored by us owners or custom-made by local craftsmen. Additional services: Quiet, family environment. Guaranteed silence at night. Breakfast available on reservation. Tourist information point. Discreet presence and direct assistance from us, who live in the cottage. There are no umbrellas in the pool: the natural shade of the centuries-old olive trees provides an authentic and relaxing atmosphere. Around Pesaro you can visit: The Monte San Bartolo Natural Park with its scenic paths, bike and e-bike trails, and unique viewpoints over the sea. Villa Caprile, with its famous water features in the Italian-style gardens. Villa Imperiale, a jewel of the Italian Renaissance. The medieval village of Fiorenzuola di Focara, perched 200 metres above the sea. The spectacular Furlo Gorge, the most famous canyon in Le Marche. Gradara, with its romantic castle linked to the story of Paolo and Francesca. Urbino, the city of Raphael and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mondavio, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Benissimo! Tutti le nostre aspettative sono state superate. Ci dispiace solamente che non siamo riusciti a fare colazione da loro per causa di nostri impegni.

We had a great stay at Pignocco. Cosey appartment, beautifull location, friendly staff. The only disadvantage was that there was a group of 10 people who were very loud at the pool. But despite this, we would definitively recommand this appartment.
