The apartment, featuring modern and well-maintained interiors, is located in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 350 meters from the beach and the town center. This holiday home is characterized by a modern and minimalist style, fully equipped and ideal for spending a relaxing vacation. It has a private entrance gate. The accommodation is equipped with every kind of comfort, from a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator, to the spacious living room, to the laundry area with washing machine, and air conditioners.
The apartment, built in 2013, is on the ground floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (170 x 195cm), a bedroom with two single beds (85 x 195cm), a bathroom with a shower, a big and light living room with a sofa and an LED TV (32”), as well as a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge with a freezer compartment. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available. The two bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning (cool/warm). Wireless Internet access is available.
Outside there is a furnished terrace for al fresco dining. Opposite the building you can find a big public car park.
There are grocery shops about 500 metres away. It is about 15km to a golf course.

The strategic position is perfect for guests who look for calm and quiet place to relax. We are far away from the caotic pubs and loudy crowd. But on the other hand you can reach easily by wals all restaurants, bars, bakery, mini markets, pharmacy, tobacchi.
