It consists of a living area, brightened by sliding glass doors, which includes a living room with sofa and LED TV, a kitchen equipped with gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, and one bedroom. The sleeping area features a master bedroom with a private internal bathroom (without window) and a second double bedroom adjacent to the main bathroom, which has a window and a shower box.
The apartment, featuring modern and well-maintained interiors, is located in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 350 meters from the beach and the town center. This holiday home is characterized by a modern and minimalist style, fully equipped and ideal for spending a relaxing vacation. It has a private entrance gate. The accommodation includes a veranda with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator, a spacious living room, a laundry area with washing machine, and air conditioners.
