Villa located overhanging a beautiful secluded beach, with sea view terrace and private garden This holiday villa is located overhanging a beautiful secluded beach, in Nicolizia, a village in the municipality of Licata, in the province of Agrigento. The 120 qm living space is arranged on two floors and can accommodate a maximum of six persons.
There is a large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with garden furniture and table and chairs, a large solarium with barbecue and a large garden. The villa is located in a very quiet area with a secluded beach and is surrounded by a large garden with olive trees. The property is fenced with an automatic gate and offers two indoor parking spaces.
The ground floor, measuring approximately 55 square metres, consists of the following rooms: a living room-kitchen, with flat screen TV/satellite decoder; a living room with sofas and armchairs. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining table. Finally, there is the adjoining bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
