You can see the sea from the garden gate and, thanks to the ultra-quiet Bali style fans, you can also hear it when the wind blows from the south.

Perfect for walking barefoot from the house to the early morning swim.

The small centre house has an entrance area with LED TV, fireplace and sofa, a small kitchen and a bistro table for 4 people.
The kitchen has everything your heart desires: Induction cooker, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine.there are insgeasmt 3 small balconies and terraces: In the entrance a cosy Prosecco lounge with comfortable cushions.
Behind the kitchen a small terrace for drying laundry.
