The Deluxe is a prestigious flat in a unique location with an exclusive view of Massa Marittima's main square.

The deluxe flat of about 100 square metres (including the loft) is located on the first floor of the building and is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, telephone with direct outside line, kitchen in a dedicated compartment, living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and bathtub, bidet and hairdryer. It is also equipped with bed linen, kitchen linen, bathroom linen and all crockery.
The flat also offers all basic services such as hot and cold water, independent heating and electricity. The two bedrooms in the flat are totally independent. In the living room, the leather sofa can become a comfortable double bed if necessary. Children up to three years of age are free if they sleep with their parents or in their own cot. Baby cots are available for a one-off charge for the entire stay. Pets are allowed but will be an extra charge.
On your arrival you will find our welcome with an Italian breakfast for the morning and a courtesy line for the bathroom. In the centre of Massa Marittima (about 500 m) there is a shop with automatic washing machines and dryers.
