'here SUMMER begins in April and ends in October.......the rest of the year is always SPRING'. Geographical location: The villa is located in a central but quiet area of Noto Marina (Lido di Noto). Surrounded by a luxuriant park composed of tropical palms, traditional Sicilian gardens (lemons, oranges, olive and fig trees), in a lawn carpet bordered by pine hedges that protect privacy. All this makes the environment pleasant and relaxing and, even on sultry hot days, the cool night temperature favours a sweet rest. It is 300 metres from the beach -classified as 5 SAILS- and at the same distance there are bars, supermarkets, tobacconists and restaurants. Equidistant from attractions of historical-cultural-landscape interest, the place can be considered an excellent starting point for a holiday aimed at alternating visits to the beautiful surrounding towns (Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa, Modica, Palazzolo), places of extraordinary scenic beauty (Vendicari, Cala Mosche, Cava Grande del Cassibile, Pantalica...) and relaxation by the sea. Less than 7 km away is Noto, a U.N.E.S.C.O. heritage site known as the "Garden of Stone". Description of the house: Ground floor: living room with a large terrace, kitchen with veranda, two bathrooms. First floor: 2 bedrooms with bathroom. Sleeps 2-5 persons From the house one can admire the luxuriant park from the front and from the mansard the sea. Ideal geographical context, very quiet with every comfort, furnishings with attention to detail.

Area description: Noto is the ideal starting point for exploring the extraordinary territory of south-eastern Sicily. A trip to the Baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli and Palazollo Acreide, which have been named a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site. Syracuse with its Greek theatre, Roman amphitheatre and Ear of Dionysius is only 30 km away. At 6 km from Noto you will find the beaches of Lido di Noto, Eloro, Pizzuta, Cala Mosche, Vendicari, characterised by their crystal-clear water (the Lega Ambiente has awarded 5 sails). Other very interesting sights to visit are: Mount Etna , the highest active volcano in Europe; the Alcantara Gorges; Taormina with its Greek Theatre and the old part of the city; Giardini Naxos; the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento; Piazza Armerina, famous for its ceramics; the Villa Romana del Casale in Caltagirone. Nature lovers should visit: the Vendicari nature reserve, a resting place for birds during their migration from Africa to northern Europe; Cava Grande di Avola - a natural canyon with its freshwater lakes; Pantalica - a place where traces of prehistoric man have been found. Local activities: swimming, walking, cycling and boating, fishing, wind-surfing, diving, tennis, water-skiing.
