The studio flat is located in a holiday flat residence just outside the hamlet of S.Tecla, a fishing village of Acireale.
Situated in a quiet area away from the noise of the city, it is about 600 m from a bakery, tobacconist, grocery store, restaurant and the first access to the sea (rocky area). From 1 km up to 2 km you will find different restaurants and pizzerias, post office, supermarket, butcher's shop, fishmonger's, pebble beach. - Possibility of packages for sportspeople (courtesy rucksack, binoculars, bicycle storage, laundry service, etc.), for children (hire of pushchair, cot/camping box, high chair, children's crockery, etc.) and for pet-friendly rooms (large cushions, bowls, scratching post, litter box, etc.). - Possibility of mid-week cleaning, use of washing machine, mid-week linen change (extra costs) - The swimming pool is subject to regulations (use of headphones, closing during rest hours, etc.) Ground floor studio apartment consisting of a single room with double bed (180x200cm), fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge and freezer, crockery and utensils, etc.), bathroom with shower and bidet, garden level terrace with table and chairs and partial sea view.
