The villa is located in a quiet and safe area, close to both the town centre and the beach.
There is garden furniture on the terrace along with two sun loungers.
The area where the holiday property is located is fenced.
Next to the villa there is a tennis court, a children's playground and a swimming pool, where sun loungers are also available for guests' use, making our flat ideal for families with children. The house we offer is fully equipped and ready to welcome guests.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, including a toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

There is enough space in the living room to relax on the sofa and have a quiet meal in the dining area.
