Impresionante villa en una exclusiva residencia privada en la popular zona de Sa Coma, en la costa este de Mallorca. The villa, in Mediterranean style, has approximately 200 square metres distributed over 2 plantas, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the lower floor and has a bath with shower and access to the terrace. Los otros 3 dormitorios están arriba y comparten los otros dos cuartos de baño (uno con bañera). En el nivel inferior se encuentran también una sala de estar con chimenea y acceso a la terraza y una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, horno, tostador, microondas y cafetera. Sa Coma is a small village near Porto Cristo, on the east coast of Mallorca. The playa de arena limpia y blanca de Sa Coma se extiende sobre una longitud de casi 1 kilómetro. The water on this playa was awarded the Bandera Azul for its high quality. Detrás de la playa hay un paseo extenso marítimo, el cual conecta en el sur con el pequeño complejo del S'illot.
