Newly renovated bungalow directly on the beach. The house is modern yet cosy with a large living room with an open kitchen. Behind the house there is another terrace and garden. There are 2 bedrooms. This can sleep 3 people. Turkish and German TV can be received through the satellite system. Air conditioning and solar energy for hot water are a matter of course. The landlord himself also lives in the village, 200 metres away. The village of Kadikalesi is a small, tranquil place and suitable for families with or without children who are interested in the sea, sun, relaxation and water sports. Bodrum itself, 22 km away, of course offers a great nightlife as well as culture, such as the old fortress, the amphitheatre and the mausoleum etc. Turgutreis is only 3.5 km away. There you will find all shopping facilities, restaurants, shops, parks, cafes and concert halls. The Dolmus is available as a means of public transport.
What makes my accommodation unique? Firstly the architecture. Then the sea, the modern, cosy furnishings and the proximity to cafes, restaurants and public transport.
