A 70m² house on one level awaits you. The living area with open-plan kitchen is approx. 35m² in size and has modern furnishings.
Here you will find a cosy living area, a large dining table and an LCD TV as well as a radio with CD player.
The kitchen has a large fridge, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven and a microwave.
Of course, there is also a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and Senseo machine.
The house has 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 double beds, one 180x200cm and one 140x200cm. There is plenty of wardrobe space in both rooms.
The bathroom has a large shower and a WC. The entire house is fitted with tiles or laminate flooring and all windows are fitted with pleated blinds. Outside there is a terrace with seating and a barbecue for your own exclusive use. A trampoline is available for active children.
