The 'Villa Benincasa' flat with sea view . can accommodate 4 + 2 persons: 2 in a comfortable double room with private bathroom and 2 in an adjoining twin room (plus 2 additional guests using the double sofa bed in the living room).
It has a spacious and well-equipped kitchen and dining room and is an airy, bright and sunny house; it overlooks the garden on two sides and has a covered patio facing the panorama of the sea and the Aeolian Archipelago and Tindari. The living room is on the side of the house that overlooks the splendid panorama of the Gulf of Tindari and Marinello.
From this spacious and cosy room, which has a sofa that can be converted if necessary and a wardrobe cupboard, the wooden roof is high and gives warmth and intimacy to the room, while 2 windows provide light and ventilation.
Outside, the magnificent veranda with sea view and garden with palm trees, orange and lemon trees, spices and aromatic herbs, roses, flowers and plants make for a pleasant stay in tranquillity and nature. The swimming pool is within walking distance, about 50 metres away, and the restaurant is about 150 metres away, where you can ask the owner for information about excursions to the Aeolian islands and more.
