The small house has a living area of approx. 35 m² and has a bedroom with double bed, a small but fully equipped kitchen in the living room with fireplace and TV/DVD and a bathroom with whirlpool bath.
The house is beautifully decorated and has heating and air conditioning.

As a special highlight, since 2013 the house has a jacuzzi for hours of relaxation. There is also a barbecue on the terrace.
