Flat in semi-detached villa by the sea with independent garden and terrace, direct access to the beach, 3 km from the village The flat is on the first floor of a two-storey villa. It has a large terrace with sea view and direct access to the beach, which is only a few steps away. Guests also have access to a sun terrace equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a shower immediately adjacent to the beach.

The flat is approximately 100 square metres and consists of the following rooms: a living/dining room (sea view) with flat screen TV, sofas and armchairs, dining table, fully equipped kitchen area with cooker, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer; one bedroom (sea view) with double bed and wardrobe; second bedroom with double bed or two single beds and wardrobe; third bedroom with two beds and wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower and bidet. A washing machine is housed in a small utility room. The large terrace accessible from the living room and the kitchen directly overlooks the sea and is equipped with awnings, table and chairs, sun loungers and sofas.
A few hundred metres away, which can also be reached on foot along the sea, is the famous little church of Piedigrotta carved into the rock. The village of Pizzo awaits you 3 km away with its Murat Castle and its piazza-salon with renowned ice-cream parlours and old artistic churches. At certain times of the year there is a free shuttle service.
Guests can access the beach via the private staircase that connects directly to the house. The owners are at guests' disposal for any emergencies
