The house is set out on two levels, with living room-kitchen, 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, panoramic balcony and lounge-terrace overstanding the marvellous S. Giorgio cathedral and the roofs of the old town.

The terrace at Kimiyá is a secluded spot where one can sunbathe or enjoy a glass of fragrant Sicilian wine whilst waiting for the evening to fall when the town is all lit up. The space features a table for your breakfast and dinner outdoor. lounge chairs, lamps and mediterranean plants.
