In the same room, there is also a wood-burning stove, a 2-seater sofa, and TV.
Large living/sleeping room with a pull-out daybed (160 x 200 cm), a 3-seater sofa, and a Smart TV (55 inches).
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, optionally with a travel cot for children.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
There is an additional guest toilet and the hallway with wardrobe and cabinets.
Wi-Fi is free of charge.

You can expect a cozy, spacious, and comfortable holiday home nestled in greenery in a quiet and central location.
It features a south-facing furnished terrace with a garden.
The bungalow has been renovated and furnished and offers 104 m² of living space.
A parking space is available.
The holiday home invites you to plan numerous activities, making it an ideal starting point for a variety of leisure activities or simply for relaxing and unwinding. In a quiet and central location, the offerings for leisure, sports, and excursions are very extensive and varied.
Enjoy water sports, golfing, cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, and many attractions. The S-Bahn station in Possenhofen is just a 3-minute walk away, with a travel time of about 45 minutes to Munich.
The lake and the Sisi Castle are approximately a 10-minute walk away.
By car, it takes about 30 minutes to reach Munich and around 1 hour to get to the mountains.
There is also a great deal of beautiful and interesting cultural offerings and gastronomic delights to discover here. A car parking space directly by the house in the courtyard is free, another car parking space also in the courtyard directly by the house costs 10.- €/per day. Attention: Charging an electric car using the house current is explicitly forbidden (not even with adapters)! It is not included in the additional costs and there is no suitable device for that! Firewood for the fireplace can be provided, Starter set: (1 box of wood and kindling material and protective gloves costs 15.-€) each additional box of wood costs 10.-€ Payment is made in cash upon departure. Travel instructions: 1. A 3-meter wide and approximately 80-meter long driveway leads from Hindenburgstr. 36 to the property into the courtyard and to the house. 2. The house key is located in the key safe to the left on the wall next to the front door. The numeric combination will be provided via email before arrival.
