The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet.
There is an additional guest toilet and the hallway with wardrobe and cabinets.

In a quiet and central location, the offerings for leisure, sports, and excursions are very extensive and varied.
Enjoy water sports, golfing, cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, and many attractions.
The S-Bahn station in Possenhofen is just a 3-minute walk away, with a travel time of about 45 minutes to Munich.
The lake and the Sisi Castle are approximately a 10-minute walk away.
By car, it takes about 30 minutes to reach Munich and around 1 hour to get to the mountains.
There is also a great deal of beautiful and interesting cultural offerings and gastronomic delights to discover here.
A parking space for a car directly at the house in the courtyard is free, another parking space also in the courtyard directly at the house costs 10.- €/per day.
Firewood for the fireplace can be provided, Starter set: (1 crate of wood and ignition material and protective gloves costs 15.-€) each additional crate of wood costs 10.-€ Payment is to be made in cash upon departure.
House key is located in the key safe to the left of the front door on the wall.
The number combination will be sent via email before arrival.

Trotz des Regenwetters konnten wir dank der geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten geräumigen Wohnung angenehme und erholsame Ferientage verbringen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bis zur Abreise war alles bestens, dann erhielten wir aber eine bitterböse, unverschämte Email dass das Bad geputzt werden müsste (normal oder?) und eine Nachzahlung von 450€ anstünde. Das klingt stark nach Abzocke, Vorsicht !
