Holiday home located within a short distance from the very charming and picturesque medieval village of St.
Jeannet.
From the holiday home there is a beautiful view towards the giant cliff “Le Baou”.
The area offers beautiful nature,small cozy villages, fine restaurants and a short drive will take you to the Mediterranean beaches, Vence and Nice.
Many hiking paths in the area. The villa is located on a large flat plot with electric gate.
In the garden you will find a large pool, a petanque court, large lawn and 2 covered terraces.
One with access from the kitchen and one next to the pool.
Both terraces is equipped with dining tables.
Parking for 3-4 cars. The villa is in 2 levels and consists of: Ground-floor with kitchen, living/dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden, a separate toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet ensuite The 1st floor consists of a bathroom with shower and toilet and 2 bedrooms with double beds + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
