This charming home is located in a peaceful area, just 2.5 km from Draguignan, where you will find shopping opportunities and restaurants.
The Mediterranean beaches are approximately 35 km away, and the region offers great opportunities for excursions to medieval villages, vineyards, and olive groves.
To the north lies the Gorges du Verdon, while the smaller yet impressive Gorges de Châteaudouble is closer by. Built in the Provençal style, the house sits on a large terraced plot.
The pool area, located on a lower level, features a lovely sun terrace with loungers and parasols, while a spacious terrace in front of the house offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape with rolling green hills.
This terrace benefits from natural shade provided by two large plane trees, making the outdoor space perfect for relaxation with a good book or a glass of chilled local wine, accompanied by the soothing sound of cicadas. The property includes a spacious driveway with room for four cars, as well as a mature garden with several shady trees and a pétanque court. Inside, the house is spread over two floors.
The ground floor features a living room, a dining room with access to the terrace and stairs leading to the first floor, and a cozy country-style kitchen with access to a large conservatory.
