This delightful holiday home of approximately 140 m² is set in peaceful, green surroundings on the outskirts of the charming village of Callas in Provence. The house is ideal for families or friends looking for peace and privacy, while still wanting to be close to village life and local restaurants.
The house is arranged over three levels and offers a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the top floor, you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the main level, there is an entrance into a bright and open living space with an integrated living room and kitchen/dining area, as well as direct access to the spacious terrace that wraps around the house.
On the lower level – with direct access to the pool area – there is a fourth bedroom with its own entrance and private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Next to the pool, there is also an additional bathroom with shower and toilet. A covered lounge area provides a cozy shaded spot for relaxing by the pool.
The house is equipped with floor cooling, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature during the summer months.
A truly comfortable and well-designed holiday home offering privacy, great outdoor facilities, and an authentic Provence atmosphere – perfect for a relaxing holiday in the South of France. There is a closed garage and space to park up to four cars on the property. Callas offers cozy cafés, small shops, and a weekly market – all within walking distance from the house. The location also provides easy access by car to scenic wine routes, waterfalls, and picturesque villages such as Bargemon, and it’s only about a 40-minute drive to the Mediterranean coast and the historic town of Fréjus. There is an EV charging station at the petrol station in the centre of Callas (approx. 1 km from the house). + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
