This penthouse is located in San Pedro de Alcantara just next to the boulevard on the beach side and its just a 10 min walk down to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach walk, it is also very close to Puerto Banus.
Just on the other side of the boulevard you will find San Pedro de Alcantara which is the "sister town" of Marbella with all its genuine Spanish restaurants and shops.
The apartment is newly refurbished and fully equiped. Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
