This luxury holiday apartment is located in the prestigious tourist area of Club La Costa World in Mijas Costa, just 5 minutes from the beach.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a large 40 m² terrace with beautiful sea views — the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.
The building is fenced and secure, with 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
Malibu residents have access to two swimming pools with sun loungers, including a separate shallow children’s pool, as well as private parking.
Beds configuration: King-size bed in the master bedroom Two single beds (90 cm) in the second bedroom A sofa bed in the living room The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.
A private fenced parking space is located directly in front of the building.

The exclusive destinations of Marbella and Puerto Banús can be reached in less than 30 minutes, while the beautiful city of Málaga is easily accessible by train for those looking to experience authentic Andalusian culture. Nearby cities worth visiting include: Ronda – 52 km Granada – 128 km Córdoba – 161 km Seville – 209 km Cádiz – 237 km The Costa del Sol enjoys an exceptional climate, with sunshine most of the year and fewer than 50 rainy days annually. This unique microclimate is created by the surrounding mountains — Sierra Blanca and La Concha — which shelter the coastline and help maintain the region’s warm, pleasant weather. 🚶♂️ Walking The beach, restaurants, and beach promenade are usually 10–20 minutes on foot, depending on the exact building. You can walk along the coastal promenade toward Fuengirola or La Cala de Mijas for beaches, beach bars, and shops. 🚌 Bus (cheap and useful) Local buses connect the coastal towns. Common routes near Mijas Costa: M-119 – circular route between Calahonda, La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola. M-220 – coastal route between Fuengirola and Marbella. Typical travel times: Fuengirola: ~10–20 minutes La Cala de Mijas: ~10 minutes Marbella: ~35–45 minutes 🚆 Train (for Málaga, airport, etc.) There is no train in Mijas Costa, but it’s very easy: Go to Fuengirola station (10–15 minutes by taxi or bus).
