However, it is located on a very quiet one-way street, away from the chaos of the city and its nightlife.

Accessed from a one-way downtown street, the apartment is accessed via a pedestrian gate, which also provides secure storage for bicycles.
The entrance opens directly into the large living area with a separate sofa/TV area and dining area.
The kitchenette opens onto the private outdoor space.
A sliding glass door leads to the sleeping area, which consists of two bathrooms, both with showers, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with a queen-size bed).
