Scamnel is a friendly, spacious semi-detached house set in the peaceful setting of Norton Bridge near Eccleshall, offering a wonderful place for families or groups of friends to spend quality time together.
With plenty of room to spread out, both indoors and out, this is a home that lends itself to shared meals, relaxed evenings and fun-filled days.
The layout works beautifully for group stays, with five inviting bedrooms arranged over the upper floors.
On the first floor you’ll three king-size rooms and a twin room, all thoughtfully presented and ideal for settling into at the end of the day. The second floor adds another twin bedroom, creating flexible sleeping options for children, friends or extended family.
With a family bathroom and an additional bathroom available, mornings feel easy and unhurried, even when the house is full.
Downstairs, Scamnel really comes into its own. The sitting room offers a comfortable place to gather, centred around a feature fireplace that makes evenings feel extra special.
A separate dining room is perfect for long, sociable meals, board games or celebrations, while the garden room brings the outside in, opening directly onto the patio and the large rear garden beyond.
The kitchen is generously sized and well equipped, making it easy to cater for everyone, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a feast to share.
For added enjoyment, the dedicated games room provides a space where laughter and friendly competition can carry on long into the evening.
Outside, the expansive garden is a real highlight, offering plenty of space for children and pets to play freely while adults relax on the patio.

Scamnel consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, a dining room, a sitting room with a feature fireplace, a garden room, and a games room. The bedrooms include two king-size, one double, and two twins, serviced by two bathrooms. Outside, there is a large rear garden with a patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Scamnel is a spacious base for families and friends to enjoy Staffordshire.
