This attractive 6-person apartment is located on a vast agriturismo of 1000 hectares, in the middle of the green hilly landscape on the border of Tuscany and Umbria.
An ideal place for those who love peace, nature, regional gastronomy and the comfort of good facilities such as a swimming pool, restaurant and numerous hiking and cycling trails.Attractive & comfortable stay The apartment is suitable for 6 people and has a living room with a dining area, a double sofa bed and a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
In addition, there is air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and an outdoor area with garden furniture.Facilities & surroundings As a guest you can use all the facilities of the agriturismo.
There is a swimming pool, a separate children's pool, a tennis court, a football field and a restaurant where Umbrian dishes are served several times a week, prepared with homemade products such as honey, cheese, olive oil and meat from Chianina cattle.
In addition, activities are organised, such as pizza evenings, tastings, cheese making, cooking courses (on reservation) and breakfast delivered daily to your apartment at an additional cost.
A variety of farm animals live on the property and there are opportunities for horse riding.

Poggiovalle is een mooie plek. Alles is heel goed geregeld. We hadden een mooie woning, il bracco. Het terras zou beter kunnen daar is het echt heel erg heet en weinig beschutting. Binnen alles prima, lekker ruim en mooi afgewerkt. Zwembad heeft toegewezen plekken per woning, dus nooit gedoe met bedjes.
