This holiday home for 2 people is located in the green heart of Umbria, near charming Paciano and on the border with Tuscany.
Surrounded by olive trees and rolling hills, this place breathes peace and simplicity.

The living and dining room has a comfortable sitting area, fireplace and TV and connects to an open kitchen with a 4-burner hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom has a shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Outside there is a veranda with garden furniture, two sun loungers and a barbecue.
There is a garden with lawn and lemon trees. The holiday home also has air conditioning, wifi, DVD player and an Ipod speaker.
On the estate you can use a beautiful shared saltwater-based infinity pool with a separate whirlpool, beautifully situated between the olive trees.
A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
You have bed, bath and kitchen linen (weekly change) and also a pool towel.Slow living between Umbria and Tuscany The holiday home is located on a vast estate with olive groves, a small vineyard and an organic vegetable garden, where the atmosphere of slow living can be felt everywhere.
