This apartment for 4 people is located on a spacious holiday park on an 11-hectare estate with vineyards and olive groves in Regello.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday in Italy, with all facilities directly on site and plenty of opportunities for sports, nature and culture.Comfortable 4-person apartment in Tuscany The apartment has a living area with double sofa bed, satellite TV (Italian channels), dining area and kitchenette with 2-burner hob and refrigerator.
The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
Each apartment has its own terrace or balcony with garden furniture.

The apartments are located on the ground floor or first floor.Facilities and surroundings There are two swimming pools at the park, including a children's pool, a tennis court, a football field, billiards and a riding school where riding lessons and excursions start.
The restaurant is open for dinner from 19:30 to 22:00 and the pool bar offers drinks and a light lunch at lunchtime.
Cycling and walking routes start directly from the estate, and the nearby village of San Donato Fronzano (650 m) offers a bakery, butcher, bar and hairdresser.

Een mooie vakantiepark op het Toscaanse platteland met een heerlijk zwembad erbij. Niet alle appartementen waren even mooi/praktisch en de receptie kan er veel meer uithalen door wat informatie te geven over de omgeving, manage enzo

Appartement was typisch Italiaans, niet modern maar functioneel prima. Keuken wel erg beperkt met 2 elektrische pitten en 3 pannen, kleine koelkast en geen vriezer en oven. De muren waren dun dus de buren kon je horen praten.
Landgoed waar appartement op ligt is mooi en groots opgezet. Zwembaden z...

Prachtige locatie, ruime en comfortabele kamers. Heerlijk zwembad - er zijn er zelfs 2. Royaal ontbijt. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 's Middags en 's avonds is het mogelijk om in het restaurant te eten, prima kaart. Op vrijdagavond buffet met muziek. Vooral het antipasti-buffet was heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid!
