This modern holiday home in Cala Murada combines stylish design with Mediterranean living and offers the perfect setting for relaxed holiday days on Mallorca.
Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is ideal for families or friends and accommodates up to 8 people.
A private parking space on the property is available. On the ground floor there is a friendly bedroom with a double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), air conditioning, electric heating and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The open-plan living area is bright and generously designed, featuring air conditioning, additional heaters and a pellet stove that provides cosiness on cooler evenings.

Directly adjoining is the kitchen with pantry and separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer – perfect for longer stays.
For coffee lovers, both a Nespresso machine and a DeLonghi coffee machine with grinder are available.
Particularly inviting is the winter garden with dining area, underfloor heating and ceiling fan, which provides the ideal meeting point for social gatherings all year round. On the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms.
