A modern and welcoming 35 square meters studio apartment, perfect for two people, located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator.
The accommodation is centrally located, near the La Specola Museum and close to Prato della Valle: our guests can enjoy relaxing strolls in one of Padua's most picturesque spots.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, moka pot, kettle, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, and a dining table;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, armchair, and flat-screen smart TV;
- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.
FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, insects screens, air conditioning/heat pump (split in the sleeping area), washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer.

The accommodation is located in a strategic area of Padua, close to the city's main attractions, bars, public transportation (buses), a bank, a supermarket, and historic monuments such as the Specola Observatory, easily accessible from the property.
The Specola neighborhood is a residential, green area located between the Duomo and Prato della Valle, allowing you to reach every part of the historic center on foot in just a few minutes.
Several shops are located in the area, along with a wide variety of restaurants and bars.
