Perched on a cliff with endless views of the ocean and Mount Teide, this residence redefines luxury: serenity, contemporary architecture and nature in perfect harmony. Spread across five levels connected by an elevator, the house offers: - 6 private suites, each with an en-suite bathroom — 3 of them with direct access to a terrace and sea views. - Spacious living area with large windows and access to a panoramic terrace. - Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, ideal for private chefs or group dinners. - Private spa featuring jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and massage room. - Entertainment area with home cinema, bar, billiard table and a small children’s play zone. - Panoramic rooftop terrace with outdoor jacuzzi, sauna and space for yoga or meditation. - Private parking for several vehicles with direct access to the residence. Every corner has been designed for serenity: noble materials, neutral tones and natural light create an atmosphere of absolute relaxation. A security deposit will be required and must be paid prior to arrival.
It will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred. Before making your reservation, please take into account the following rules to ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay: DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED, you will not access without the deposit. No Parties or Events: Parties or events are not allowed on the property.
Additionally, we kindly ask that you keep the noise level low after 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Key handover in person: The keys are handed over in person and it is essential to arrange a specific time for this.
Once the time has been agreed, we offer a courtesy margin of up to 30 minutes; in the event of delay or arrival out of hours, an additional cost may be requested to cover staff expenses.
This additional fee must be paid in cash to the person handing over the keys. Animals are not allowed No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
In case of violation, a penalty of 150 euros will be applied to cover the costs of additional cleaning required to remove odors and repair any damage caused. Mandatory Online Check-In: To access the property, it is necessary to complete an online check-in process.
You will receive the instructions before your arrival, and completing this process is mandatory.
Access to the property will not be granted without completing the online check-in. Responsibility for Damages: Any damage caused to the property will be the guest's responsibility, and we expect it to be handled promptly and honestly.
A security deposit will be required and must be paid prior to arrival.
