This handsome, peaceful, detached house is just 100 yards gentle stroll from Padstow's lively shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés and only 150 yards from the bustling harbour.
It commands wonderful views over the town to the Camel estuary and, remarkable as it may seem, is in a peacefully secluded spot in the heart of this rather special seaside town.
There's plenty of room for all the family to relax in the light, bright and sunlight-filled open plan living area with well-equipped kitchen, dining area, conservatory and sitting area with 'living flame' gas fire, all facing south for all day sun and views of the big garden.
Also on the ground floor, a very handy, large utility room with lots of room for boots, bicycles and surf boards and a cloakroom with WC and basin.
Upstairs, three bedrooms all with great views, a double leading through to a sunroom with comfy seating for drinking in those great views, a room with a double and a single bed, and a further room with a single and a child's cabin bed, plus a family bathroom.
Outside a big, wonderfully secluded garden with a BBQ, perfect for a spot of R&R after a day spent exploring this vibrant town and area.
Stroll down a short passageway to the town's interesting shops, bars and restaurants "it's Rick Stein's base" and catch the pedestrian ferry across to Rock for some fun on the water at the water sports centre and sailing school.
If you prefer a round of golf, there's an excellent course at St Enodoc.
This is a fabulous place for those that like the buzz of a lively town coupled with some quiet space to escape and relax after a day's fun and games.

We loved our stay at Mount Pleasant, it’s the perfect location and the house is beautiful. Everything was spotless, and the kids and dog loved the garden. We were very sad to leave!

Lovely cottage in the heart of Padstow. We enjoyed being so close to the pubs and shop. The proximity of facilities far outweighs the lack of parking. We always found free spaces within a 5 minute walk near Prideaux Place (April after Easter holiday). The cottage was clean on arrival, beds comfortab...
