Situated in a quiet villa colony in El Sauzal, you are only 15 minutes and 30 minutes away from the two towns with the most offers on Tenerife, Puerto de La Cruz and Santa Cruz. On the large, covered terrace with sea views almost all round the house, it almost feels as if the sea is right on your doorstep.
And indeed, the nearest sea access is only 5 minutes from the villa and the famous black sand beaches of Puerto de La Cruz 15 minutes away.
However, the garden itself offers an enormous amount of relaxation opportunities within walking distance.
With a size of almost 3 tennis courts, many different plants and palm trees providing natural shade around the pool, nothing stands in the way of your fun and relaxation with family and friends in your private domicile.
