Welcome to our holiday home in Porto Sant'Elpidio, a charming seaside town located along the Adriatic coast.
Porto Sant'Elpidio is a city with authentic charm, renowned for its beaches and local culinary traditions.
Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are located in the vicinity of the holiday home.
The property consists of four spacious and bright rooms, ideal for hosting families or groups of friends.
To the right of the entrance you will have a living area consisting of a dining table that can accommodate up to eight people, a 43" TV and a very comfortable and soft sofa to relax during the hottest hours of the day.
The kitchen (adjacent to the living area) is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils including a toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer and a complete set of cutlery and pots of various sizes.
To the left of the entrance (along the corridor) is the sleeping area, which includes three very large double bedrooms and one with a bed in a square and a half (which can accommodate either two children or two people who are not particularly sturdy).
All of these are equipped with bedside tables, walk-in closets, where you can store all your personal effects, and windows that make the rooms very bright.
For families with small children, we provide a comfortable CRIB during your stay.
The bathroom at the end of the hall includes full bathroom fixtures, a washbasin and a large shower tub and hairdryer.
In addition we get the bed linen and bath linen, along with a welcome kit, all included in the price of the reservation.
The STRONG POINT of the apartment is its private outdoor court, this space offers you the possibility of enjoying pleasant outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the company of your loved ones, immersed in the tranquility of your home.
