Welcome to our wonderful beachfront apartment in Porto Sant'Elpidio, a true gem nestled on the Adriatic coast.
Located on the first floor without a lift, this apartment offers an unforgettable stay experience.
Probably the best apartment available in Porto Sant'Elpidio, perfect for those looking for a beautiful, comfortable holiday home with a truly enviable location.
The apartment has been tastefully refreshed, maintaining the original marble floors and introducing colorful and vibrant furnishings, ideal for enjoying a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere.
It has two very large double bedrooms complete with wardrobes, dressers and bedside tables, both air-conditioned and embellished with accessories of furnishings in perfect seafaring style.
The bathroom is small but very nice and functional, complete with everything you need as well as the shower and washing machine.
The living area is very spacious and colorful, furnished with new furniture and a comfortable sofa bed with smart TV where your children can distract themselves on YouTube while you cook your own delicacies or you can entertain yourself on your favorite TV series on Netflix or Prime Video before falling asleep.
The cooking room consists of a large peninsula and a brand new kitchen, complete with everything: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and even an immersion blender.
Finally, the seafront balcony allows you to eat outdoors while enjoying the breathtaking view, sea breeze and stratospheric sunrises.
In front of the apartment there is a green space equipped with a basketball court and outdoor fitness area, perfect for adults and children.
