The apartment consists of a large lounge with quality and design furnishing elements, such as a spacious wooden table and two cozy and comfortable armchairs.
There is also a 40" flat-screen TV equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick for viewing content (accounts not included).
Near the lounge we find a high-quality kitchen, complete with pots and cooking supplies, including an oven, refrigerator, Lavazza coffee maker, and kettle.
The floor also comes with an elegant powder room with sanitaryware, sink and shower.
We continue to an exlcusive indoor patio with an outdoor table and chairs and an umbrella, to enjoy lunches and dinners on sunny summer days or simply relax in the sun in a private atmosphere sheltered from the chaos of the city.
Continuing along the wooden staircase, we access the upper floor where we find the sleeping area consisting of an elegant double bedroom with access to a small outdoor terrace, a double bedroom with two single beds, also with access to a small outdoor terrace, and finally a full bathroom available for both bedrooms.
