Welcome to our first floor apartment without elevator, very close to the sea is ready to welcome you! A haven of comfort and relaxation for an unforgettable beach holiday. 🌊 Our apartment consists of four perfectly organized rooms: A large bright living room, equipped with a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV cabinet with a shelving unit next to it.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: oven, stove, kettle, toaster and a NESPRESSO coffee machine and of course a complete set of cutlery and cookware.
Two rooms: a double and a double consisting of a nightstand walk-in closet and a private balcony that overlooks the pine forest next to the apartment.
A bathroom complete with everything you need for your daily hygiene, includes a washbasin, walk-in shower, complete bathroom fixtures, hairdryer, washing machine and a Welcome Kit offered by the house (shower bath and shampoo).
Upon your arrival, you will find fresh bedding and bathroom linens and a primary hygiene welcome kit.
A PERFECT LOCATION.
Located in the second row of the sea, our apartment is within walking distance of everything that can make your holiday special: bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, restaurants, beach resorts, grocery stores, pharmacy and even a playground for the little ones.
Upon request, we can provide a baby crib, making it perfect for families with small children as well.
A quick and easy check-in Thanks to dedicated software, online check-in will be quick and stress-free.
During the procedure you will be required to: -Pay the municipal tourist tax. -Upload the identity documents of all guests, as required by law (art. 109 TULPS). -Sign the tourist rental contract, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 50/2017.
All in total security and transparency.
However, we remain available for any doubts or difficulties.
