The coast can be reached within a reasonable driving distance, making the area suitable for both relaxation and experiences. The holiday home is located approximately 500 metres from the village centre and is set on a large, enclosed plot of around 4,500 m².
The grounds offer a high level of privacy and ample space for outdoor living.
There is enclosed parking for up to three cars and two covered terraces, providing pleasant settings for outdoor dining and relaxation. The property has a total living area of approximately 255 m² and is designed with ample space for multiple families.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom and 1 office.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms as well as an anteroom to a bedroom with 2 sleeping places. The ground floor features a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet.
