Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the apartment is ideal for couples, small families, or anyone seeking a relaxing stay close to Lake Garda while enjoying privacy and comfort. The interiors are modern, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged.
A cozy bedroom and an inviting living area create a comfortable space to unwind, while the open-plan kitchen is well equipped for easy self-catering, featuring an induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, and fridge with freezer.
Large windows fill the apartment with natural light, enhancing the calm and airy feel. Guests can enjoy shared outdoor facilities, including a swimming pool with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun. A shared barbecue and dining area invite you to enjoy relaxed meals outdoors, surrounded by nature.
Child-friendly and suitable for guests of all ages, Residenza Lugana – Apartment 5 offers a serene, comfortable base for a memorable Lake Garda getaway. Sleeping Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. Extra: A double sofa bed is available in the living room to accommodate 2. Bathroom Bathroom 1: This bathroom features a shower, wash basin, and WC. Additional • Private Parking 1 Spot (Car Essential) • Pets not Allowed • Free WiFi • Hair Dryer • Child-Friendly • Washing Machine & Tumble-Dryer (Shared) • Central Heating • 30 steps (External) Please note: The swimming pool is open from April to October, but will not be heated.
