Comfortable mezzanine apartment of approximately 35 square meters, accommodating up to four people, located on the first floor of a building without an elevator.
The property is located in Visgnola, a quiet hamlet of Bellagio, one of Lake Como's most renowned destinations, in a convenient and well-connected area, with shops and a bus stop within walking distance.
The accommodation consists of a living area with an open-plan kitchen, a mezzanine sleeping area, and a bathroom.

To access the apartment, you must enter at number 14. The correct coordinates to reach the entrance are: 45°58'15.7"N 9°15'38.9"E
The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with dining table, queen-size sofa bed, TV, and wardrobe;
- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, moka pot, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen utensils;
- SLEEPING AREA (accessible via internal stairs) with double bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the living room), independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Pay attention to the height of the mezzanine.
- The sofa bed is a queen-size bed: if used by two people, space may be limited.
- The internal staircase leading to the mezzanine is steep and unguarded: please be extremely careful if traveling with children.
- To reach and move around the apartment, you must climb several flights of stairs.
- The apartment does not have a washing machine.
Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions for registering your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax.
This procedure allows us to verify your data and documents and send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, the Italian procedure for hosting guests in Italy.

Turning heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Como Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15th to April 15th.

Bellagio is one of Lake Como's most famous towns, nicknamed "the pearl of the Lario" for its panoramic location at the tip of the promontory dividing the two arms of the lake.
Its historic center unfolds among cobbled alleys, picturesque stairways, and artisan workshops that lead to the lakefront and Piazza Giuseppe Mazzini, the heart of the town.
Among the main attractions are the Basilica of San Giacomo, the gardens of Villa Melzi overlooking the water, the panoramic park of Villa Serbelloni, and Punta Spartivento, a picturesque point offering views of both arms of the lake.
Bellagio is also an excellent starting point for boat trips to villages such as Varenna and Menaggio. Via Parrocchiale 16 is located in the historic center of Bellagio, in a central, pedestrianized location, just a few minutes' walk from the lakefront, main services, and the aforementioned attractions.
This strategic location allows you to fully experience the center without having to use a car, immersed in the authentic atmosphere of the lakeside village. To easily reach the accommodation and fully enjoy all the area's main attractions, we recommend using a car; you can rent one directly at the airport or in the main nearby cities. If you're traveling by car, the property does not have a reserved parking space for guests; parking is available in Piazzale della Chiesa, a few dozen meters away. Main distances: - Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport: 61 km; - Como Station: 33 km; - Lecco Station: 20 km.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, as described. The host responded quickly to messages and helped with questions. There were some problem and challenges with the cleaner when they had a mix-up with the keys and came to clean the wrong apartment. The cleaner did not speak English, but the host handled the situation well via messages. However, we recommend the apartment!

Apartments are nice, rather clean (only some places were dusty). In the calm part of the city far from the center and tourist crowds. It would be great to have one-time slippers because the floor is cold. Instructions for the check-in and out were clear and simple.

We had a lovely stay overall. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the skylight above the bed which made the room feel really cosy and unique.
The main downside for us was the location as it was a bit further from Bellagio town than we expected so it involved quite a long walk each time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the peaceful surroundings.
