The spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house and offers around 100 m² of space for 2 to 6 people.
You can enjoy the fresh air and the view on the large sunny balcony. The apartment features 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed and TV), 1 bathroom with bathtub, sink, and hairdryer, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, washing machine, and ski boot dryer, 1 extra toilet, hallway, and a well-equipped kitchen-living area with a couch, TV, dining area, and kitchen. We are happy to offer the following for our little guests upon request: Crib (including bedding set) Bed guard Baby co-sleeper for babies up to about 9 months (including bedding set) Changing mat upon request Child carrier (back carrier) upon request (for a small fee) Enjoy relaxing holiday days in the idyllic Bischofshofen in the beautiful Salzburger Land.
In our peacefully located farmhouse at a sunny altitude, far away from noise and the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you will find two lovingly designed holiday apartments with a breathtaking view of the mountain world surrounding the Hochkönig – a place to breathe and feel good. For relaxation, our partially covered sun terrace with seating, sun loungers, and a barbecue area is an inviting option.
A table tennis table is also available for your use. Enjoy a relaxed game in the fresh air - fun and games for the whole family! Whether summer or winter – the region excites with hiking and biking trails, ski areas, and a variety of excursion destinations.
Both apartments are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
A holiday at the "SUNNSEITN" means relaxation, enjoyment of nature, and genuine hospitality. Final cleaning, one-time mandatory (price, see respective apartment) Laundry set (bed linen, 2 shower towels, 1 hand towel) - mandatory Nightly and mobility tax €2.90 per person/night (from the age of 15) extra Minimum stay varies depending on the season with daily arrivals and departures. Minimum stay 7 nights from: 20.12. - 08.01. July / August Minimum stay 5 nights in February Minimum stay 4 nights during other times Departure by 10:00 AM Arrival possible from 4:00 PM The check-in is done in person by the hosts and can be adjusted according to wishes and availability after contact has been made.
