On the second floor, a small corner of light opens up: a two-room apartment of approximately 40 m², welcoming and bright.
The perfect retreat for up to four guests, with a double bedroom inviting relaxation and a living room that transforms into a cozy nest thanks to the sofa bed. A discreet kitchenette, with a washing machine hidden in the attic, accompanies daily life. The true enchantment unfolds on the terrace: an endless sea view, equipped for moments of pure wonder, where the sun and wind dance together. Location information: - In the center of Marina di Campo; 100 meters from the beach Apartment amenities: - TV; refrigerator with freezer; gas stove; washing machine; hairdryer; air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room Important Notes: - Groups of young people under 21 are not permitted - Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; A €30.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM. - Pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee. - Mandatory security deposit: €150; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM). - Bed linens and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on-site.
