In the heart of Marina di Campo, a historic house houses two apartments, one above the other.
The first features a closed veranda overlooking the sea, where sunlight dances between the windows.
The second boasts a large panoramic terrace, from which gazes sweep across the endless sea. Among pedestrian streets steeped in history and charm, stands this elegant period building with modern, recently renovated facades.
The main entrance leads to two separate apartments, one above the other, which together form a bright and welcoming home, perfect for families or groups wishing to experience the historic center just steps from the sea. Location Information In the center of Marina di Campo, on one of its main streets, just 100 meters from the beach.
In a restricted traffic zone for cars. The location allows easy access to shops, restaurants, and the bus stop. Booking your ferry with us is the best choice! We offer discounted rates with all ferry companies. Visiting the island in comfort has never been easier! Goelbarent, our tour operator's new 2022 offering, offers simple and affordable scooter and e-bike rentals.
We'll take care of everything; all you have to do is choose the vehicle that best suits your needs! We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette clean, wash dishes, and recycle waste. Car rentals are also available starting in 2025. Torretta Apartment - Sleeps 2/4 On the second floor, a small corner of light opens up: a two-room apartment of approximately 40 m², welcoming and bright.
The perfect retreat for up to four guests, with a double bedroom inviting relaxation and a living room that transforms into a cozy nest thanks to the sofa bed. A discreet kitchenette, with a washing machine hidden in the attic, accompanies daily life. The true enchantment unfolds on the terrace: an endless sea view, equipped for moments of pure wonder, where the sun and wind dance together. Location information: - In the center of Marina di Campo; 100 meters from the beach Apartment amenities: - TV; refrigerator with freezer; gas stove; washing machine; hairdryer; air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room Important Notes: - Groups of young people under 21 are not permitted - Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; A €30.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM. - Pets are allowed with a €30 cleaning fee. - Mandatory security deposit: €150; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM). - Bed linens and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on-site.
