The property is air-conditioned, and small pets are welcome.
A cycling and pedestrian path runs right alongside the property. It is situated 300 meters from the train station, the lake ferry terminal, and the commercial area—all easily accessible on foot. An ideal choice for travelers with bicycles or motorcycles.
