Welcome to Casa Serena, an elegant holiday apartment located in Ronchi, one of the most exclusive residential areas of Marina di Massa, right next to the beautiful Poveromo. Recently renovated to ensure maximum comfort, this home is the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing proximity to the sea.
Experience the Sea and the Pine Forest
The golden beaches of Versilia are just over a kilometer away. To reach them, simply hop on the two bicycles provided and follow the scenic paths through the pine forest: a refreshing ride that leads you directly to the shore.
Your Private Oasis
The apartment is situated within a gated private property. While the owners live on the upper floor, your independence and privacy are fully guaranteed.
The highlight of the property is the private, fully fenced garden located right in front of the entrance: an intimate space where you can unwind after a day at the beach, host a barbecue, or let your pet relax in total safety.
Modern & Functional Interiors
A charming porch with a small breakfast table welcomes you at the entrance. Inside, the 65 sqm space has been thoughtfully designed with a contemporary touch:
Living Area: A bright open-plan living room and kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and both Nespresso and traditional Moka coffee makers).
Sleeping Area: Two spacious and comfortable double bedrooms.
Bathroom: A modern bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and washing machine.
Amenities & Local Services
Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
Pet-Friendly: Your furry friends are more than welcome! Please note that a very friendly dog already lives on the property.
Convenience: Private parking inside the gate. Within a few hundred meters, you’ll find everything you need: a pizzeria, a grocery store, and a local bar for your morning coffee or evening aperitivo.
