Cozy 50m2 apartment equipped with all comforts, ideal for two people, located on the second floor of a renovated farmhouse (stairs to access it).
The accommodation is located inside a former oil mill and offers its guests many shared services: access to the seasonal swimming pool, green area with equipped dining area.
Parking space reserved for guests is also available.
The solution consists of a living room, dining area with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and shared balcony.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split A/C in the bedroom, fan, independent heating, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clothesline, mosquito nets, shared balcony, shared outdoor barbecue, shared seasonal swimming pool and free covered parking space inside the farmhouse.
ATTENTION: - Please note the presence of stairs to access the apartment; - The POOL is shared with other guests.
It is open from June 1st to September 15th from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. - The shared balcony is accessible from the stairs outside the door; - The upper part of the mezzanine (above the sofa) is unusable. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
