We are in the southern Maremma region of Tuscany, bordering the Tuscia region of Lazio and Umbria, a stone's throw from Lake Bolsena (30 km), the Terme di Saturnia (27 km), the Terme di Sorano (13 km), and Orvieto (50 km).
For wonderful days by the sea, the main towns of Monte Argentario: Porto Ercole (66 km), Porto S.
Stefano (65 km), and Talamone (65 km).
You can enjoy guided excursions (just ask the owner upon arrival), trekking and cultural days along the Etruscan Vie Cave, through impenetrable forests, and thermal springs.
From July to early September, you can join the owner for nighttime walks in the vineyard, and from March to October, you can enjoy butterfly watching on your own in a dedicated area on the property.
