The property features a pleasant living room decorated in warm tones, equipped with a comfortable chaise longue sofa, an armchair and a Smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax after a day exploring the island.
The dining area, with table and chairs, connects to the interior patio, allowing natural light and ventilation to flow into the space.
On this floor you will also find the independent kitchen, which includes a practical breakfast table and a window facing the interior patio.
There is also a guest toilet on this level, as well as the staircase leading to the upper floor.
The upper floor is the sleeping area.
The accommodation has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, another with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe, and a third bedroom with a single trundle bed and a storage chest.
The master bedroom and the room with two single beds feature exterior windows that provide natural light.
This floor also includes a full bathroom with a bathtub The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and kitchenware, and also includes a washing machine.
