Villa Vandelia is a beautiful estate composed of two independent houses, thoughtfully designed for relaxed seaside living. Facing the Mediterranean and offering direct access to the coastline, the property enjoys spectacular sunset views and total privacy within its own private pine forest. Guests can unwind in multiple outdoor living areas designed for relaxation, celebrations, or peaceful moments surrounded by nature. Accessed through a private gate, a tree-lined driveway leads to the estate set within 28 acres of private pine forest, surrounded by olive trees, palms, and fragrant Mediterranean gardens. Outdoor amenities include: Saltwater infinity pool (5 x 15 m), it can be heated at extra cost, with sun loungers; Rooftop terrace perfect for yoga, sunset drinks, or stargazing; Children’s play area A scenic path through the pine forest leads directly down to the sea and to the charming cove of Cala Xuclà; Parking for up to 8 vehicles The property combines two adjacent Ibizan-style homes; The smaller house preserves its authentic character, featuring a beautiful Sabina wood ceiling and whitewashed walls, creating a warm and traditional Ibizan atmosphere. The main house was designed by renowned architect Rolf Blakstad and showcases elegant limestone floors, decorative fountains, and spacious interiors filled with natural light. The main living room centers around a fireplace and opens onto a terrace overlooking the sea. A fully equipped kitchen is available for daily cooking and entertaining. The villa also integrates sustainable features including solar panels and an energy-efficient osmosis water system. The villa features 6 bedrooms in total. 3 on each house Main body: Ground floor bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, private bathroom with shower and WC. The room includes a desk, safe, fan, private terrace, and balcony. Bedroom 2: Attic bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, private bathroom with shower and WC. Features include a desk, safe, fan, and balcony. Bedroom 3: Ground floor bedroom with two twin beds convertible into a double bed, private bathroom with shower and WC. The room also includes a desk, safe, fan, private terrace, and balcony. Small house: all bedrooms are at the ground floor each with a twin beds that can be converted into double, one has private bathroom with shower and the other two have a shared bathroom still with shower every room has safe, fan and desk Location The villa is located in Sant Joan de Labritja, one of the most peaceful and natural areas of Ibiza, known for its unspoiled coastline and relaxed atmosphere. From the property, guests enjoy direct access to the sea through the private pine forest, leading to the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Xuclà. Rental Roles: Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 2.00 EUR per guest per night Security deposit of Euro 5.000,00 must be paid in the form of : By credit card or bank transfer with your Pool heating on request: starting from 250.00 EUR Per Day Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval No safety fence around the pool Pets not allowed Please note that the temperature of the pool water varies according to the weather conditions, even with a powerful heating system. Pool has no swimming guard Smoking is not allowed inside the house The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer. Staff & Services Housekeeping service is included: 5 days for a 7-night stay 2 days for a 4-night stay 1 day for a 3-night stay Additional services can be arranged upon request.
