Casa Julia offers a serene forest setting within easy walking distance of Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio, blending contemporary comfort with superb access to Corsica’s lovely beaches and village life.
Surrounded by its own woodland atmosphere and beautifully lit at night, the villa feels wonderfully private, with vast picture windows that open onto a generous terrace and pool area designed for long sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings under the stars. Indoors is bright and modern, creating an inviting space to unwind between outings. Ste Lucie village is close enough for daily essentials, from an excellent bakery to local shops and wood-fired pizzas to take home.
The surrounding area offers a wealth of choice, with Pinarello’s trio of beaches and seafront restaurants just a short drive away, alongside quieter coves such as Fautea and Tarcu within easy reach. Watersports, swimming in inland rock pools and more adventurous pursuits such as canyoning, mountain biking or the Tyroliana high ropes course add further appeal. Casa Julia is perfectly placed for a varied and memorable Corsican holiday. Pool is heated until 16 June and from 15 September (pool may be heated outside of these dates but must be pre-booked and charges will apply - please contact for details) This 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–6) features an open-plan ground-floor living and dining area with a wifi-enabled Smart TV and sliding doors to the terrace. The adjoining kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher, with a separate utility room housing a washing machine. Also on this level are a double bedroom (140cm bed) opening to the terrace, a twin bedroom (90cm beds) with an en-suite shower room (no WC) and terrace access, a second shower room (no WC), and a separate WC.
