With a kitchenette, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all essential amenities, it’s ideal for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay. Designed for convenience and comfort, the studio provides a practical and well-equipped living space. • Open-plan studio layout within a modern development • Kitchenette equipped for simple meal preparation • Comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linen • Workspace with desk and Smart TV • High-speed Wi-Fi throughout • Contemporary bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink • Complimentary toiletries and fresh towels provided • Access to communal facilities including gym, co-working area, and pool table Please note: We manage multiple studios within this building, so layouts and décor may vary slightly from the photos shown. Please note: We manage a number of studios in this building - The unit presented represents our typical studio, however this layout may differ slightly. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information. Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay, and can also make use of communal facilities.
