A bright and modern studio apartment located in the heart of Nottingham city centre.
Just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and key attractions, it offers a convenient base for exploring the city.
With a kitchenette, fast Wi-Fi, and all the essentials provided, itâs ideal for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay. Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay, and can also make use of communal gym. Please note: We manage multiple studios within this repurposed student accommodation block.
The photos represent a typical studio, though individual layouts may vary slightly. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and canât be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
